Flexible rescheduling

For many boats we have two options, standard on all bookings, if there is COVID-19 disruption, including if clients cannot get to their departure destination because of border closures, a government advisory against travel or restrictions prevent us from operating at the destination:

 

  1. Reschedule without a fee for alternative dates in 2020 or 2021 and the deposit is transferred to the new booking
  2. Receive a credit for the deposit paid which can be used towards a future charter for departure in 2020 or 2021

NEW! Optional Extended Cover

 

You can buy a new Extended Cover for protection if your booking qualifies for COVID-19 disruption as described above.

If dates and destination are not flexible, you can pay €400/$500 for Extended Cover per booking (or €250/$300 per cabin for by the cabin charters) and you will be eligible for a refund of the charter cost, or you can opt to receive a credit note for the value of the charter plus a 10% bonus.

Extended cover is available for new bookings with departures before 30 April 2021. Disruption must meet the criteria and the policy excludes the Bahamas, BVI, USVI, Mexico and Florida.
